Our portfolio consists of large residential apartment buildings with retail on the ground level. The buildings were either dilapidated blocks of flats which we have taken over and wholly redeveloped or mothballed office space that we have converted into residential apartments. The properties have breathed new life into the city through these redevelopments and now provide homes to thousands of people and contribute to the city’s revenue through utilities, rates, and taxes.
